About Us
Rosedale Guesthouse at Pottergate House is a 200 year old, 3 storey, listed Georgian town house situated in Pottergate within 2 minutes walking distance of the town centre and Richmond’s famous cobbled market place in the heart of North Yorkshire.
We will make every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Walkers and cyclists are more than welcome and secure storage for cycles is available. All luggage transport services stop at Rosedale Guest House. We offer a packed lunch service and laundry facilities on request.
Gary and Lindsay Stacey were awarded a 4 star rating when they opened in June 2005 by the English Tourism Council.
The Guest House was extended in April 2007 providing two additional twin en-suite rooms, one of which is ground floor level situated in our enclosed courtyard.
In the Summer of 2008 Gary and Lindsay were awarded the Silver award from the British Tourism Council, Visit Britain. These awards are given to guest accommodation that provides exceptional quality in all areas but in particular in service and hospitality.
